If so, her name is - Chantal Kreviazuk. She is from Canada like her friend Avril Livigne. In fact she has collaborated on Avril's new CD; "Girlfriend" She helped write, produce and she has sang on that and so many others, She also has done songs for Dawson's Creek, Providence. Busy lady and TALENTED! She owns the song in question now IMO
