I know of two ways.

1, Join a particular artists fan club. You can win free concert tickets and meet & greets.
2, The most common is listen to your local country radio station. Contests for tickets are always offered.

I belong to Carrie Underwood's and Gretchen Wilson's fan clubs.

Also log on to http://www.CMT.com for info on country artists, their web sites and any promotional contests offered.
