I need birthday party ideas for a girl whos turning 13?

My sister is turning 13 in december and she needs some good ideas for what to do in the winter. She has already done movie and lunch and ice skating and lunch. My mom is very clean and she doesnt like guests in the house shes a total neat freak! So no sleepovers please. She lives in westchester, ny. PLease can i have some good ideas- she is trendy and she has a lot of friends. ok thanx!
