I am trying to find a police video that's shown on TV quite often.?
This guy was in an SUV and is quite agitated. He keeps telling the officer, "Are you f**king crazy???!!!??" repeatedly and later proceeds to rip up the ticket. Those of you who watch cop shows on a regular basis probably know what I'm talking about. If so, where can I find it on the Internet? I've tried all kinds of key words on YouTube to find it, but no success.

Funny thing is they use this video in training at my job (I'm an officer). This is everything your not supposed to do the cop did. He provoked him to do this but here is the link.
