Technics turntables advice???

Here is the scenario...
My buddy is moving away and wants to sell his two black Technics MK2 turntables. They're in great condition and I actually learned to spin on these exact decks. His asking price is $700...Question: Is this too much?
P.S> I think he'll throw in one crate of vinyl too.

It depends on what phono cartridges is on the turntables. Make sure you factor that into your decision.

I think $700 is in the ball park, especially if they are in great condition and they got decent cartridges.
