What if Ticketmaster doesn't mail me my tickets?

I bought some tickets more than a week ago for an event for this coming Sunday, and they still haven't arrived. I heard that if they don't mail it in time, then they'll be available for pick up at the venue's box office. Is that right? And if so, what do I need to claim them? Because the tickets are under my mom's name/credit card, and she's not coming to the event; only my brother and I. Please explain!!

OK. First off, ticket's take usually 2 weeks to get to you so you can wait a bit longer. Secondly, if you haven't recieved the tickets in the mail 48 hours before your event(so on friday), you can call ticketmaster and the tickets will be held at the box office, this is called a Lost Ticket Voucher. The only thing is that with lost ticket voucher, only the card holder can pick up the tickets, and she would need her ID, her credit card, and the order number. SOMETIMES this can be changed, but you would need to talk to the ticketmaster customer service department to see if the box office will allow you to pick up the tickets instead, you may still need to take the credit card though. The person that first answers you call is not customer service. They will be able to put the lost ticket voucher at the box office for you, but cannot change the name of who is picking them up. You will have to be transfered to customer service. After that, it's up to them to see what they can do.
