Question: Does anyone remember this late 80's - 90's cartoon!?
From what I recall, it's a story about a group of rebels in the future fighting a dystopian government!. In it, there's this robot-ish character (who I think is the main character) that was designed as a weapon or an assassin, only he had a glitch in his system that gave him a conscience and made him really wacky (think Towelie + Freakazoid)!. I can't remember much else, besides that it may have been on CBS on Saturday mornings!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
