I think that when Sasuke sees the destruciton of Konoha, he will go and try to kill himself!. Naruto will notice Sasuke, and just kill Pain before running after him!. Naruto will stop Sasuke, but Sasuke will become infuriated!. They will have an epic battle, and Sasuke will ultimately loose (>_<)!. They will both be weakened, but Sasuke more so than Naruto!. Sasuke will be quite blind at this point, and dying too!. Naruto promises to go get Sakura when Madara shows up!. Madara is about to incapacitate, nearly kill Naruto when Sasuke jumps in the way to save Naruto!. He cared after all!. He'll die in Naruto's arms just the way he did in the first arc!. Naruto will get a power up and defeat Madara!. He'll bring Sasuke's body back to Naruto (because he promised he would) and try to get Sakura to heal him!. It's too late!. The day ends with bloody rain!.
We then see in the future a man 's back with the Hoakge's cape!. A woman with pink hair, presumably his adviser, tells him that it's time for his inauguration ceremony!. The man steps out into a crowd cheering for him!. The man makes a speech about bonds and friendship!. We then see his face!. It's Naruto!. A big flashback scene occurs!. He speaks of what Sasuke (referring to him as an old friend) did for him and how their bond was the greatest one of all!. We may see his tombstone during this scene!.

I get the feeling that Naruto will end up defeating Pein!.With the Help of Sakura!.

I believe the ending will most likely end up pretty sad!.!.!.!.like Naruto died as soon as he was finally appointed as the new Hokage!. =/
