When did they dub sailor moon uncut ?!

i was looking on ebay someone from melbourne has a copy of season 4 uncut and it sais audio for sailor moon english and (japanese) so i never knew they dubbed those parts that they didint show on tv when i was a kidWww@Enter-QA@Com
