In the anime they say Sasuke is the strongest but to me he isn't just look at his fight with Haku he simply got his @ss kicked, in the beginning Neji was the strongest then Naruto although he was the weakest at first but then he started getting better as more episodes pass!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
