Question: How do you hire an animator for a anime if you have the money (I relize how expensive it is)!?
I understand how expensive it is but I know business and I kinda want to make an anime I scripted and hire a few voice actors!. The main problem is, I have no animators!. I can give scripted info on the events and looks of the enviornment and characters as well as the scripts for the voice actors what I really need is someone to draw it all and make it into 20-30 min individual projects!. So where do I start when looking for an animator!? Whats the average pay!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

First i would like to know how old you are, because it makes a BIG difference!.
If you are 10-20, then forget it you will never be able to do all of this!.
If you are 20-30, and you have a job, then you may know the resability of hiring people to do things for you!. If you are this age then you can visit websites like:

well you could start going to comic book stores, you may get lucky and find a good artist, or you could ask a friend at school who knows how to draw, or the library, you could post a need artist for my anime" sign on the bulliten board!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
