Question: Do you think The Punisher could take Batman!?
I don't!. My friend is trying to argue with me and say that The Punisher would kill Batman because he's not afraid to kill someone, and Batman doesn't ever kill anyone!. I think he is wrong because Batman is a ninja with gadgets and that beats an ordinary man with anger issues anyday!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am going to have to go with Batman on this one!. The issue of killing someone vs!. not killing isn't really the issue!. If Batman could disable him, and render him useless, well then, he's beaten his opponent!.
Having said that, the Batman has superior fighting and technical skills!. Not too mention his array of tools and gadgets!. The Punisher relies on brute strength and his guns!. It's been shown in the past that Batman can and will defeat an opponent with that skill set!. Batman has an array of items in his belt that could disarm the Punisher and his many guns!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He would have a hard time and probably injuries but he will manage!. He has much better detective skills!. He would probably track down Frank's headquarters and get him when he was least expecting him!.
