This Question is for a new fanfic i'm writing and i need some ideas to get the juices flowing !.!.!.!.!.

How long dose it take him to get them back !?

>> One of the Humunculus stole his memories (somehow) and claimed them as their own!.
How dose he get them back !?
>>He doesn't necessarily get them back himself, but Al helps him get them back!. Al had to explain to Ed that his memories were stolen!.
The way to get them back is either with the Philosophers stone, Ed and Al will have to kill and implant the memories back into Ed!. OR maybe Ed and the Humunculus have to fuse together, but in the end Ed will be in control, but will be haunted by the Humunculus's memories from time to time!. {you can alter it with your won ideas}
How long dose it take him to get them back !?

How would you feel if you lost your memories of everyone and everything that was important to you !?

In a failed incantation to reclaim their lost body parts without Alphonse knowing!.
How dose he get them back !?
The easiest way would be the philosopher's stone but for fanfic material, I guess he and Al should search for a witch or warlock of some sorts!. Then that mystical person instructs them to search for certain objects!.
How long dose it take him to get them back !?
Not too long I guess!. I'd not involve the philosopher's stone If I were you!.
