Answers:
1) naruto or vampire knight- I love Vampire Knight, but DEFINITELY Naruto!. There is better action, a more evolved story, and the characterizations are better because Kishimoto-sama deeply evolves ALL the characters, not just the main ones!. Plus I'm a bit obsessed with Shikamaru
2) bleach or naruto- I actually don't like Bleach the anime very much at all!. Too many fillers and the fillers are terrible!. I like the manga, but Naruto would still win!. The characters are just more likeable especially when you compare the two main characters (I like Naruto more than Ichigo)!. But if you focus just on female characters, I have to say Rukia kicks butt and could kill Sakura!.
3) host club or vampire knight- Vampire Knight!. Again, it comes down to the characters!. I just REALLY REALLY like Zero and Ichijou
4) naruto or host club- Naruto!. But I would pick Naruto if it was paired against anything, so I'm biased!.
5) vampire knight or bleach- Vampire Knight!. I think I've proven my point!.
6) full metal or vampire knight- Difficult choice, but I would probably go with Full Metal Alchemist!. I just like a detailed story, and you don't really get that with Vampire Knight!. It seems rushed at some parts and really really repetitive at others!. I mean, I only have to hear about that stupid snowy night one time before I understand that you were almost attacked by a Vampire, Yuuki!.!.!.back off!.

Your questions can be answered in a different way depending on your motive!. I'll answer based on the assumption that you've seen the shows and just want an outside opinion to judge them overall!.
1) Vampire Knight!. - While I am not the biggest fan of Vampire Knight, I will say that it is a better pick than Naruto for several reasons!. As many merits as Naruto may have in some ways, it has a long and cumbersome nature at times!. Like most series put out over hundreds of episodes, it suffers from rehash, melodrama, and frankly when you boil it down it is just Dragon Ball Z with ninja (the main characters both wear orange even! gah!)!.
2) Bleach!. - This one is a tough call, because neither have many advantages over the other!. Mostly one would just ask "do you prefer ninja or giant swords!?"!. I'll side with Bleach because it managed to have some almost original plot points in its rehash of Yu Yu Hakusho style!.
3!.) Host Club - Do I even need a reason for this!? In many ways, Vampire Knight is just Host Club with vampires!. Host Club is far more entertaining too!.
4!.) Host Club - Same reasons as aforementioned!.
5!.) Bleach - I flipped a coin!.
6!.) FMA (I assume you meant FMA, not FMP) - Again, not my favorite anime!. also suffers a bit from the long-run syndrome!. However, it handles it better than most series!. It had a clear goal for the characters to follow!. It also knew when to stop! I'll go ahead and say FMA is the best one you've listed!.
