Cartoon show - dinos with armor and teens help them......?!

I am looking for a cartoon about dinos who came to earth and are followed by their enemies!. They have teens helping them!.
I think it was late 80 early 90s!. They had rocket ships and I think they transformed - but that could be wrong!.
