Question: In naruto, exactly how are the clans distributed!?
Sauske is in the Uchiha clan, and Madara founded the Uchiha clan!. But how can someone found a family, and how can they have unique bloodline traits if they arent family, but members of a clan!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

You seem to not really grasp what a clan is!. Clans are one huge extended family!. After a few hundred years, you may not know anymore that the person over there is your 7th cousin twice removed, but if they are in the clan and didn't just marry in, you know they are blood related somehow!.
In real life historically, you found a clan pretty much by taking a spouse and declaring you are starting your own clan (though this can be seen as an insult to your own family)!. Typically, clans all lived together on a plot of land they all shared, and once the clan got to be reasonably large, they would start frowning on marriages outside the clan, so as to keep the family blood "pure"!.
In Naruto, most likely you have to have some unique and powerful ninja talent or specialization in order to get the leader of your village to permit you to start a new clan!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

cause they have child and the child inherited the unique bloodline traits and it goes on and on!.!.!.!. I think the founder make the bloodline themself, like Uchiha Madara, he created the sharigan himself!.!.!.!. Thats at least what i think so!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
