I am agreed with the explanation the 1st post is giving, saying Sasuke is an avenger and his only reason to live is to crush the one that killed his family, Uchiha Itachi!. So, he will not interest in anything else that will not help him in getting stronger, including relationship with Sakura, Naruto and all the Konoha peoples!.
