Answers:
I'm not a expert but doujin and doujinshi are one and the same to me!. Over the time I've collected doujinshi, people I talk to shorten the word doujinshi to doujin to save time!. Though I think most people shorten the word to djs instead of doujin, but sometime we get a little lazy or over the limit in chat and have to cut corners!. XD

I believe AxA means more SemexUke rule (who tops and who bottoms) while A/A is a more equal relationship but still keeps to a SemexUke rule!.!.OR the creator just likes to use '/' instead of 'x' !.!.!.it all really depends on the series you are into (example: Harry Potter fan fictions-- a Harry/Draco fic could actually be a Draco/Harry fic!.) ^__^Www@Enter-QA@Com

Doujin has two main meanings!. It can simply refer to a group of people who share the same interest or activity (you could call the group of people who make Doujinshi a doujin)!.

The second meaning of doujin is amateur self published works!. This can range from anything to manga to music to video games!.

Doujinshi on the other hand is a subset of the second doujin definition!. Doujinshi are also amateur self published works, but they refer only to light novels, manga, fanfiction, and the like!.

As far as the difference between AxA and A/A, there isn't any as far as I know!. Just two different symbols people use to show pairings!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
