Actually i think that the outcome is that Kagome would be very prou to draw inuyasha, so then she does, then after that Kagome modelled naked for Inuyasha so he could draw her, then afterward they would make love and they would both get naked and have sex with each other, but Inuyasha would probably forget to bring a condom and him and kagome would both figure since they love each other so much that they dont need one and they would have a baby and they would eventually get married!.

i would think inuyasha would misunderstand her and she would be embarrassed and tell him sit!. but then again i reeeeaaaally doubt kagome would draw a nude guy!. and i think inuyasha is as uncomfortable as kagome when it comes to the other being naked!. in any episode where someone is naked they get embarrassed!.
