Any good action/comedy anime I should check out?!
Question: Any good action/comedy anime I should check out!?
I've been hearing good things about Code Geass, Air Gear, Monster, Excel Saga, and Berserk!. Are they worth checking out!? And does anyone here know any other good anime series worth watching!? (preferably nothing TOO long, catching up on One Piece took me forever!.) Movies are also fair game, so if you know any good films, tell me about them!.

Answers:
Monster is Awesome, I highly recommend it!. It's a 74 episode psychological detective drama series!. It may be long but there's never a dull moment!. If you want something with mystery, there's nothing better!. Amazing plot that keeps you guessing all the way through, and keeps you thinking even after the final episode!. Of course, I have to mention that it has one of the greatest villains in all of Anime!. A must see masterpiece!.
As for action~
If you have yet to see Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal, you are missing out on one of the greatest action Anime ever made!. It's a four episode OVA that is on a completely different level than most other action Anime, in that not only does it deliver amazing action scenes, but it's also a tragic love story!.
Trust and Betrayal is actually the prequel to Rurouni Kenshin!. I highly recommend watching the main Kenshin series first (at least up to episode 62, because after that the rest of the series is filler)!. Rurouni Kenshin has some unforgettable battles that I think every Anime fan should see!. Not to mention there's quite a lot of comedy to go along with the action!. If for whatever reason you dislike the main series, Trust and Betrayal is still a must see!.
Baccano! is another must see action/comedy Anime~ and my favorite next to Cowboy Bebop and Samurai X!. It has a pretty large cast of characters for a 13 episode series, but they pull it off quite well!. One of the best parts of the series is seeing how all the different storylines connect, as they are all presented to us out of order!. If you liked Cowboy Bebop I definitely recommend you give this a try!.

Have you tried
Hunter X Hunter & Yuyu Hakusho from Yoshiro Togashi!? Those has some action/comedy!. The ability in HxH is quite unique though!.
Get Backers also has action/comedy + unique ability!. The manga is better I must say!. Although they has some ecchi and the character usually Yaoi pairing but this one is a great series to read!. The comedy usually revolve around something ecchi, but there's some decent comedy as well, no need to worry XD
You might wanna try Keikkashi and Full Metal Alchemist too!. Although the fighting scene isn't really that great but they has a great plot especially in FMA!. They has comedy too!.
You haven't try Bleach!? Sure they're a bit overrated, but they're not that bad!. The fighting scene is cool and so do their comedy!.
Samurai anime/manga!.
I highly suggest Vagabond because they're more realistic and the art is beautiful (since I see up there you mentioning Berserk and Gantz) The character is drawn with good proportion though!.
Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai Deeper Kyo is great too!. They has some funny moment!. Vagabond!.!.!.!. they don't have some comedy/comic relief, because personally, they are real SAMURAI!
How about reading some sport theme manga sometimes!?
Slamdunk is a classic and currently I enjoying reading Eyeshield 21!. Its been a while to see some sport theme anime/manga that as good as Slamdunk though!. Both has some funny moment especially on Eyeshield 21!. Plus, in Eyeshield 21, they make the character sorta having a certain ability like god speed impulse, devil bat dive, devil bat ghost etc!. Really worth to check out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
