Question: Is there going to be a second season of Gakuen Alice or Kamichama Karin!?
Right after the end of the first seasons of both of these shows, I heard rumors of second seasons for both of them!. Are the rumors true!?!?
also, does anyone know of a third season of Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni!?!?

Rumors are rumors!. Right now, a second season of Gakuen Alice and Kamichama Karin has not been confirmed, simple as that!. I'm not saying there's never going to be a second season of either, just that right now it hasn't been confirmed!.
I think that people are just getting confused since TokyoPop licensed Gakuen Alice for release in the U!.S!., and some people call the manga season 2 for some reason, even though it's just that the anime didn't cover all of the manga!.
And Del Rey licensed Kamichama Karin Chu, the manga that's the sequel to the Kamichama Karin manga!. The first volume was released June 24rd, notice it's the same date that some people said the second season of the anime was going to start, and we all know that didn't happen!.
tl;dr:
It seems to me that people confused the manga with the anime!. And let's not forget that a good chunk of the people watching GA and KK are tween girls, and this all ends up like a big game of telephone!.!.!.

There will be a 3rd season of Higurashi, it'll be an 5 part OVA titled "Higurashi no Naku Koroni Rei"!. The first episode will be released February 25th, 2009!.
