You can start reading at Volume 46 Chapter 442 since it was the first time the Strawhat Crew meeting Brook (the gentlemen skeleton)

The next chapter (Chapter 443) is entitled - Thriller Bark!. This is the arcs after The Water Seven/CP9 arcs ended!. Thriller Bark/Gecko Moria arcs ended at Volume 50 FYI!.
After Thriller Bark ended, there's some relieved moment (as always)!. The Strawhat Pirate meet up with some random pirate while making their way to Mermaid Island and having a little battle!. Sort of like when they mey Foxy Pirate back then!.
A new arc has began to takes place after that!.!.!.
