*Ghost Stories (Gakkou no Kaidan)*!. ADV films rewrote the script (with permission of the JP staff) with americanized jokes and material from the time when they dubbed it!. [ animefuel!.com ]

Full Metal Alchemist- not so much funny as a really!.!.!.!. err deep sort of anime
Lovely Complex- Romantic comedy
Ouran High School Host Club- a reaaallly good romantic comedy!. only the first two episodes are dubbed so far though!.

I recommend Fruits Basket and Ouran High School Host Club (though it's not finished being dubbed, but it's hilarious)
