Fruitsbasket definitely - they shortened the anime and totally ruined it!! The manga is so good and when i watched the anime, i was so pissed off!!
Naruto - i stopped watching it after a few Shippuden episodes - just got fed up with it - the same thing always happening - they go to a mission and they come back and go again!
DN Angel - the manga's far better even though i liked the anime's ending!.
The ending of Ranma Half (the manga) - i don't know if the anime ended the same way or not but i was really disappointed with the ending - Ranma didn't turn back into a man and he stayed like he was in the beginning! Now, how is that a good ending when everyone was waiting for him to totally turn back into a man!
