as most of you are aware Tobi (Madara Uchiha) of the Akatsuki is in a lot of fan art ( i know that cuz i've seen and made a lot of them) and he usually says " Tobi is a good boy!" i think it's cute but why does he say that!?!?!? does he say it in Shippuden!?!?!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Maybe, Madara has split personality lol!. Anyways, I think Madara has some sillyness in him despite his seriousness!. See how kind he talks to Sasuke, and Pain!. He was kind when he told the truth about Itachi to Sasuke!. Madara isn't all that bad!. He fought Konoha because he wanted to free his people!. He did that because it's the responsibility of a leader!. Madara = Tobi, and Tobi = Madara!. That's how it is!.
And yes, he does say that 'tobi is a good boy' in the fanart but not in the anime!. The fans thought it fits his character, which is correct!.
