Question: Is it parody if you create a character loosly based on someone elses character!?
Im making a web comic, titled "The Professor" its about an alien that flies around in a I!.T!.A!.S!.T (I-Tist is the pronunciation) and uses a reality bending tool called a quantum pen!. Pretty much hes kinda like The Doctor, from Doctor Who, but yet almost COMPLETELY different, would that be considered parody!? and would it fit under fair-use law!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
That's not a parody!. A parody is meant to comment on that work, normally mocking and making fun of it!. All the Scary Movie films are parodies because they utilize and make fun of parts of horror films!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Umm , sure that's parody!. In-fact i'm quite sure that's a parody!. I don't think you'll get in trouble!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Depends on how you make itWww@Enter-QA@Com
