What anime show is this? i don't remember...?!

yeah I'm not really into anime!.!.!.but i remember parts of this show from when i was really young and i just kinda wanted to know!.!.!.i remember the show was about these 12!? or so people with powers and the leader of the group was actually a really smart baby!. the main character was a guy who screamed out "accelerate" and went really ridiculously fast!. i remember one episode he met two other people who could do the same thing!.!.!.i remember every person in their group had a number!.!.!.so yeah thats all i recall!. can anyone help me out!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
