I think Kakashi might have gotten his mangekyo too back then!. Maybe he just didn't know about it O_________o After all Sasuke's mangekyo awakened by just seeing Itachi die, so that's possible!.
After all Kakashi could have prevented Obito's death by coming with him from the start!.
