Question: Okay nerdy question!.!. about comic books!.!.!?
Lol I feel strange asking this, but!. My boyfriend has a 30th anniversary special edition comic book that they apparently only made 1,000 of and thats why theyre valuable!. He saw them on ebay last night going for 4,000 dollars!.!.!. which would be SO helpful right now, because we're trying to plan a wedding and are getting no help from parents so we're pretty much doing it ourselves, and Im pregnant with a little boy on the way so things are gonna get tight!. But anyways back to the subject, he isnt sure if he wants to sell, because it may be worth more later!. What do you think, should we sell now and get 4-5,000 or should we hold on to it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sell them now!. My brother had this special lost in space battle ship and five years later its WORTHLESS!. I mean if it got higher,its better then the risk of it getting lower!. 5,000 is reasonable for a special comic book!. Congrats on getting married and gonna be a mother! Good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
When it comes to comics, its always better to wait!. However, if you need the money now, you should sell because its value will most likely take years to get higher!. A lot of it depends on which comic it is and how good of condition it is in!. I would go to a convention and have a professional check it out and estimate its worth for you!. But whatever you do, don't take it out of the plastic!. Taking it out and reading it could seriously lower the value because comic collecters like they're comics beyond perfect condition!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

That's a lot of question for not too much detail, ie; what title, publisher,why did they *only* print 1,000 copies (usually, they print at least as many as ordered, and extra, for re-orders, to replace damaged in transit, misprints, et al) etc!.
Have you checked out the Overstreet Price Guide, current edition!? As a general rule, I consider it *much* more reliable than Wizard, with it's *flavor of the week* mentality!. (Is it still mint condition!? Demand!.!.!.and price!.!.!.falls off heavily if it's not in brand new condition!.)
How old is this edition!? Is the regular title still being published!? Is *it* 'flavor of the week' any more!? Check on E-bay to see how often it's listed, what it's going for, how frequently it's listed & how frantic the bidding!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
