Donald's feathers come off in the shower!. He has to dry off because you can see his dingdong when his feathers fall off!. So therefore, to get his feathers back, he must dry off!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's just for decency's ske!. With all those little kids watching him, I'm sure that they wouldn't want them to follow D Duck towel-less after bathing right!?(if they drew him to be w/o one) I mean kids grt easily influenced by what they receive on the telly, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
