Every time I go on the site, it gives me a message saying that the site is down!.!.!.for good!. What happened!?

It is probably just a server problem because of high number of volume of people trying to get to the site to see and what happen with no new Naruto Shippuden episode,so the servers are probably full or even possibly have crashed because of all the users trying to get to the site at almost the same time!. It's possible of some reason the administrator of the website has shut down the server for whatever reason or because the possible number of people trying to get to the site!.
Its also possible the administrator is maintenance the site,or trying to upload the Shippuden episode now!. Or he had to upload it and in order to do that possible shut down the site for a little while!. In any case it will probably be back up soon!. Hopefully later on with the new episodes!.
