Nope, the voice actress for Haruhi and Hikari are completely different!.

No they are not the same, I look up seiyus all the time trying to see if I recognize them from some other anime!. Wikipedia is an excellent source of knowledge, just look up the character (for only the most popular anime) or anime and they have voice actors listed for both Japanese and Enlgish versions and occasionally multiple actors for English dubs (ie One Piece characters, One Piece has 3 different English dubs)Www@Enter-QA@Com
