Both are made by same authors,CLAMP!.
But,there are some points when the characters DO have a connection!.
There are some crossover points!.
They're not just mentioned,there really is a big connection!.

Tsubasa Chronicle and xxxHolic are made by the same authors: CLAMPS!. CLAMPS usually made manga with some characters the same as in the other their other manga!. In this case: The witch, Syaoran, Sakura, Kimihiro Watanuki, etc!.
They have NO INTERACTION WITH EACH OTHER!.

I don't think so, not too sure!. But I do know that a lot of characters from tsubasa chronicles are kind of like reincarnations from Cardcaptors Sakura like Sakura and Li!. So those two shows sort of have a connection, because the characters uses similar names and artwork!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
