In Naruto, how are people put in a Bingo Book?!
Question: In Naruto, how are people put in a Bingo Book!?
I mean, I know that a Bingo Book is filled with powerful and dangerous ninjas and that every major Ninja village has a copy of ninjas that have deserted or are dangerous, but Chiriku was a Fire Temple monk not a deserter!. And he wasn't a threat to anybody!. So why is Kakuzu able to get a bounty for him!? Who is paying it and why!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

You don't have to be a deserter Kakashi was stated to be in the bingo book Bounty hunters don't have to work for a village it could just be for people who want to know the secrets of that persons body

Well, the agent Kakuzu gave the dead Chiriku's body was a agent of Akatsuki too!. He's just acting like a good person while working for Akatsuki!. His bount shop is like a "collector" bounty!. So it's like getting a rare card in a trading card game!. That how much Chiriku's body was worth!. I'm not sure who is paying though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
