the scene your talking about is after they had gone swimming in the lake!. they're hair fell off and they all had to wear classical wigs!. Stewie wearing a wig and started playing piano and was then told to play "peter Griffin" he did and it went to a scene where it showed an old looking classical peter saying "go ahead mock me! but it wasn't them who was mocking me, it was god!" and he clutches his hand to his chest while his other one is reaching in the air and dramatic music plays
