Any animes like Chrno Crusade?!

I didn't believe it when people said the ending was sad but it was!. I even cried and I'm not the sensitive type!. I would really appreciate it if you know an anime that has some American influence because I can't relate to any Japanese customs!. The most important thing is that it's sad (preferably sad enough to make me cry)!.

Please don't say Grave of the Fireflies because that's a little too intense for me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
