http://www!.lightspeedpress!.com features Finder, another "started as print and now has online delivery" comic!. Not as much is available free, but the 182 page (so far) current storyline is all available for free in pencil-art form (she'll later ink the pages and sell it as a hardcopy)!.
http://www!.heartshapedskull!.com is yet another paper-to-web transitioned comic, Serenity Rose!. The scripting on the page is a bit of a nuisance if you have a Mac or any old computer, but there's a fair amount available free, and it's a good comic!.
One last transitioned comic, http://www!.lethargiclad!.com is more of a strip these days, but it did start as a good parody comic in print, and the archive is pretty robust!.
