.hack: Where to start?!
Question: !.hack: Where to start!?
So: I've been interested in the !.hack series for a long time, but I've never had the chance to watch/read it, except for a few early episodes !.hack//SIGN!.
Right now, I'm downloading the full season of !.hack//SIGN but!.!.!. in what order should I watch the series!?
Like, do I start with !.hack//SIGN!? A friend told me that I should start with !.hack//Legend of The Twilight, but I don't think I should!.!.!. I don't even know who the original "Kite" & "Black Rose" are!.
So, help: in what order should I watch/read !.hack!?
Which series to start with, then what, etc!. etc!. or a link to a timeline of the storylines would be fine, too!.
I'm willing to read the manga online or download the anime!. I would play the games, too, but I don't own a PS2, currently: I hope that !.hack//G!.U!. isn't a huge part of the storyline!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

-Sign, Legend of Twilight, & Roots are in the same setting & have their own storylines so they can be watched in any order!. But I recommend watching them in their chronological release order (the ordered list at the bottom)!.
-Liminality OVA's should be watched right after Sign
-Gift OVA should be watched after Sign, LoTwilight, & Liminality
-Returner is the sequel to G!.U!. Trilogy & Roots

First start with start with !.Hack//SIGN it's a prequel to the four original !.Hack games!. Than read the manga of !.Hack//Legend of The Twilight cause the story between the manga and anime are quite different and the manga version is considered canon!. After that watch the !.Hack//G!.U!. anime as its a prequel to the three G!.U!. games!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have only seen a little of the anime and I didn't really like it!. I too watched it because it is highly rated so it caught my interest like most people!. However the story was way too random and really boring after a little while with not much continuity I think!. If you want to read the manga try mangafox!.com!. If you want the anime, try veoh, youtube, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
