Any Funny (HILARIOUS) Dramatic Romance Anime?!

Zero no Tsukaima (makes you laugh due to the antics of the lead characters)

Ultra Maniac (the title may sound stupid, but it's really nice, the manga is nicer though)

Itazuka na Kiss (though the graphics are not really that good, it's pretty funny)

Perfect Girl Evolution (not your typical kind of shoujo heroine, but I guess it's comedic enough)

Skip Beat (the anime is gonna come out in October but judging from the manga, it's really funny)

do onegai teacher and onegai twins!.!.!.kinda wrong but pretty good to watch!.!.!.nana too is pretty good although not completely focused on romance!. there's one that's totally good and I forgot the name now ~_~ it's about a high school girl chosen by a club to model the clothes they make, and totally fell in love with her senpai who heads the club and wanted to make it big into the fashion world!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
