Not sure what chapter it was, but the anime and manga pretty much completely break off from each other at about episode 26!. There were a few small (but later significant) differences before then, but that's where the directors of the two projects agreed to each make their own stories!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Full Metal Alquemist anime differs from the manga, so the movie of Shambala is really the end of the series!. There's going to be a remake this time following the manga though ;)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
