Maybe just the headband in a uniform code school would be acceptable, or at least telling people about it if they don't allow the headband!.

i don't think naruto's day should be limited to national only because it is like the most loved anime series in our country here in the philippines!. Naruto's magic and charm should be open to all international users!. I think you really should wear your Ino costume because it really is a way of appreciating the Naruto series!.
