It's got to be either Full Metal Panic: Fummoffu or One Piece!.
Full Metal Panic: Fummoffu is hilarious for instance in the first episode the main character notices someone has messed with his locker, being a military agent he believes it to be a bomb!. To rid himself of a bomb he sets off another bomb, he gets called into the principal's office where he explains his situation!. The principal agrees it was the best course of action!. XD
One Piece is funny just because of Luffy!. He's a complete idiot, if your try to explain something to him he says, "Oh I get it, it's a mystery <blank>"
Funny stuff, more episodes of One Piece though about 370 I think, Fummoffu only has about 13 I think!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

In November 2006, the New York Comic Con announced that it would host the first-ever American Anime Awards!. Anime fans had the chance to vote for their favorites online during the month of January 2007!. Only the five nominees receiving the most votes were announced February 5th for each category!. Among the 12 different categories, Ranma ? was voted into the "Best Comedy Anime" category, and the Ranma ? OVA series was voted into the "Best Short Series" category!.
