Hmm well i don't know if it could be classified as an anthology but anything by Makoto Shinkai!.
One of the hard to find classics is short film which is an absolute adorable story called "She and Her Cat"
Some other notable of his are "Voices of a Distant Star" and "5 Centimeters per Second"
Other obscure treasures for me would be "Angels Egg" and a music video called "On Your Mark" preformed by Chage & Aska and animated by Hayao Miyazaki (hinted reference to Nausicaa in this MV)Www@Enter-QA@Com
