Question: I'm searching for an anime!.!.!.!?
I'm really into awesome anime with great plot, interesting new ideas, and fascinating characters!.!.!.
For example, Death Note has a ground-breakingly awesome idea behind it, kicka** characters, and the idea of a killer notebook!? Genius!.
I've already seen DeathNote [obviously], Fullmetal Alchemist, Fruits Basket, and Inuyasha; all of which had startlingly new/unique plots/story/ideas, so if you've got any more to suggest, please give me the title and a couple sentences detailing some of the plot [without giving TOO much away!.!.!.]
Keep in mind, I'm a girl, but am terribly sexist against my own gender, so try to keep a male main character, or at least some awesome guys that are always in the series!.

"Cowboy Bebop" Bounty hunters travel through space!. Yes there is a strong female character but she is kick@$$ and the male characters are awesome and just as strong!. I LOVE Spike and Jet!. The whole bebop crew is awesome!
"Samurai 7" - Girl hires Samurai to defend her village!. Lots of great fight scenes and cool characters!. I love Kyuzo!.

afro samurai is awesome it a onlyy has 5 episodes but its so awesome the story is great

the regular is basically shows you whats the whole anime about
the fumoku shows his high school life
the second raid is the greatest one because it has drama which will make your tears run down to your face, it has very awesome action scene specially at the end

an idiot ninja with a great passion to be the greatest ninja in his village, but he is shunned by the villagers because he is the container for the demon nine tailed fox!. he is teamed up with his crush, and her crush who is also his rival!.!.!.and things (sad and funny) happen!. my all time fave!.

vampires, nuns, churches!. i can't really explain the story line but it talks about the gap between vampires and humans and trying to get along!. also it concerns a war between two vampires which happend long long ago!.
