I am looking for an anime that is reasonably new (i don't like animes with old artwork), has a reasonably interesting story line, and is a romantic comedy!. I have watched Special A, OHSHC, Gakuen Alice, La Corda D'oro, Fruits Basket etc

SAIUNKOKU MONOGATARI - 2008 & is still ongoing
set on ancient china, Shurei, the main character wanted to be a government official, but since its the early times, female officials are not readily accepted & Shurei had to overcome lots of obstacles!. Not that romantic, but its still entertaining & cute!.

CARDCAPTOR SAKURA - late 90's like 98-2000's
A cute maho shojo anime!.!.!.actually romance just kicked in on the season!. Nevertheless it is an interesting anime!. The art isn't too shabby!. Actually i think CLAMP is one of the company that got really got graphics!.

Ouran Highschool Host Club revolves around several teenage boys that are running a "host club" where girls can go and spend time/be waited on by our very handsome main characters!.!.!.
However, early on in the series [chapter/episode 1] there enters a character that seems slightly!.!.!. off!.!.!.
[Her] name is Haruhi!.!.!. and at first is mistaken by all the boys as another boy! This is due to her short hair [gum got stuck in it] and rather calm approach at life!. So she joins the boys and maybe even captures one of their hearts!.
Personally, my favorite character is Tamaki, who is the leader of the Host Club [and a potential love interest!?] and is slightly!.!.!. insane!? No, BUBBLY might be the better word!. But either way, he's entertaining enough to make him my favorite!.
It's a romantic comedy, and is reasonably new [seeing as I doubt it's in English yet, and they're STILL coming out with new manga!.!.!.] and besides lots of random parties and craziness!.!. is awesome!.
