Read the manga because it's the main storyline and what the creator intend to do!. Of course any anime is going to be suck if we're talking about filler episode although personally I think One Piece filler didn't really sucks compared to other anime!.
To say it's being dragged out too much is like saying Naruto and Bleach has been dragged out too much as it's basically the same thing!. Character gets stronger, meet a new enemies, having a hard time to win, and then finally win the match!.
This manga is mainly about adventure and we get different story, characters, enemies, places each times!. Plus, the mangaka (not the animator) is really creative and always comes up with a new ideas each times!. I've been reading and collecting One Piece for 10 years now and it never bored me that much!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
