The link above described that some anime characters do "breakdance-based" moves like Jazz (one of the Autobots) from Transformer and Mugen from Samurai Champloo!.
Here's two quotes from the link:

The closest thing I've ever seen to breakdancing in Anime is Mugen from Samurai Champloo!. The whole show isn't based on it though, it's just the cool, unique way of how Mugen fights!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
