Yes, hisagi and nanao both seem to be very responsible, very smart, very loyal, and very powerful, but because we have seen basically not a single one of their abilities we really can't say anything about them!.
Yes, Renji has bankai, but he sucks at using it, he is incredibly immature, and in my opinion he is no where near ready to lead an entire squad!.
In my opinion, from what we have seen, Ikkaku is by far the most suited to be a captain, he cares about his comrades, he is responsible, but at the same time he thinks individually based on the situation, not to mention that he meets all of the requirements to become a captain!.
Nanao or Hisagi very well could be stronger and/or more capable of being captains, but if so, we have seen nothing to prove that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
