DO you kno this manga??!

ok ok i really need to right down the names of the manga i read cause i forgot the name of this one!. so theres this boy and girl and the girl is part of this group who can cure people of a certain sickness (it may only cure temporairly i can't remember) and these people contract the sickness them selves but are like resistant to it!. but then this girl almost dies of the illness and the guy touches her and stops her from dieing cause hes immune to the illness so then they have to hold hands for ever cause if they let go she dies!.
