1!. I believe in Shippude Jiraiya said that the rinnegan was Blue and it had Grey circles!. However the manga has shown that the rinnengan actually is purple in color so I guess theres no official answer to this!.
2!. I believe they are orange!.
3!.Jiraiya lost one of his arms

5!. The title was received after their battle with Hanzo of the Village Hidden in Rain, who after they fought Hanzo stated that he was impressed and would let them live if they would take on the titles as the Sannin of Konoha!. They are all known for their great skill and power that they have!.
